Most people use Twitter apps to access the micro-blogging site. But for those of you who use your browser for all your Twitter needs, you may have noticed some subtle, but pretty significant, changes.
First, if you’re tired of receiving RT’s from someone you follow, but they provide you with gems of incite you simply don’t want to unfollow, you can turn off RT’s from that user.
I’ll use @Buzzfeed for this example:

A message will appear letting you know that RT’s from this user will not show up in your timeline.

Next, you can tweet someone directly from their profile.

The bar now displays “Tweet to @CSFmedia”. When I click on the box ….

@CSFmedia’s twitter handle is conveniently located in the text box.
Lastly, you can add a photo directly to Twitter’s browser without the help of 3rd party apps like Twitpic and Yfrog.
When planning your next tweet notice the little camera icon underneath the text box.

The icon will give you access to your photos. Choose the photo and it will be placed in your tweet as a link automatically.
